Easy orange cake: This Recipe is from a danish cookbook by Camilla Plum. The recipe is originally from Claudia Roden. It doesn't look particularly fancy, but it is so Good, and it stays fresh for one week...I promise...

- Cook 2 oranges in water for 1 hour.
- Take out the seeds of the oranges and blend them.
- Whip up 6 eggs with 225 gram of sugar...make it VERY fluffy.
- Blend 225 gram of almonds make it a fine blend, put in 1 tbsp. of baking powder
- Mix it all
- Bake at 165 degrees Celsius for a Little more than an hour

- Call your friends. No more blogging, just cake and a lot of cozy cozy.....

Den opskrift har jeg tigget af min svigerinde, og nu siger du, at jeg selv har den i af de mange meter kogebøger i huset.... Den er SÅ god - også som dessert med en klat flødeskum og en kop kaffe.
